Each semester, RHA runs a small competition between the halls called War of the Halls. Community Councils are given a specific amount of points for showing up to RHA General Assembly meetings, attending NRHH and RHA sponsored events, and participating in other initiatives with RHA. The top three winning halls are awarded money towards programming efforts for their hall!
