Distribution Times

Because of the size of our on-campus community, it is necessary for us to distribute all Collegiate Care Packages from a centralized location on campus. Packages will be available for pick-up at Southside Commons 125. If you are receiving a care package, you will receive a TAMU email notification after arriving to campus about the times and dates you can get your package. In true Aggie spirit, we will try our best to make sure that every package reaches every student. We will notify you that your gift is waiting to be picked-up.

If you cannot pick up your package at these scheduled times, please email RHA  at rha@reslife.tamu.edu.

RHA will be distributing Care Packages during the Executive Board’s designated Office Hours.  Those times are as follows:

Mondays: 2 pm – 4 pm

Tuesdays: 2 pm – 3 pm, 5 pm – 6 pm

Wednesdays: 2 pm – 4 pm

Thursdays: 12 pm – 1 pm, 2 pm – 3 pm, 4 pm – 5 pm

Fridays: 3 pm – 5 pm
