Even if you’re not ready to take on a position yet, attending General Assemblies or large-scale programs helps you understand RHA’s work and connect with people who can help you find your place.
Want to talk through ideas, ask questions, or learn where you fit best? RHA Executive Board members hold regular office hours where you can meet 1-on-1 with a student leader.
You don’t need a formal agenda — just stop by, introduce yourself, and we’ll help you explore leadership opportunities that match your interests and schedule.
One of the easiest ways to get involved is right where you live — your hall or area’s Community Council. These groups plan events, share resident feedback, and build traditions within each community.
By showing up and getting to know your council, you’ll start building connections and experience that can lead to future leadership roles in both your hall and RHA.
