Michael “Justin” Majors serves as the Advisor to the Residential Housing Association (RHA) at Texas A&M University, where he plays a vital role in empowering student leaders and shaping the residential experience for over 12,000 on-campus residents. In his professional role as Assistant Director of Leadership and Engagement within the Department of Residence Life, he provides organizational guidance, strategic oversight, and developmental mentorship to the RHA Executive Board and affiliated student councils.
Known for his hands-on, student-centered approach, Justin works closely with the RHA President and Executive Vice President to support day-to-day operations, facilitate executive onboarding and training, and promote collaboration with campus partners. He advises student leaders in program planning, policy advocacy, and financial stewardship, ensuring the association’s initiatives align with university values and student needs.
Justin is recognized not only for his professionalism and deep understanding of student affairs but also for his genuine commitment to helping students find their voice and build community through service, dialogue, and shared leadership.
University Involvement
Justin Majors works with various student leadership initiatives at Texas A&M, including advising the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) and supporting the Eco-Reps program. He frequently mentors student delegations attending regional and national conferences and encourages Aggies to take active roles in campus governance. In 2024, he was named a Fish Camp Namesake, recognizing his profound influence on the student experience.
