The General Assembly voted unanimously to endorse the "Office Sustainability Guide" on January 27, 2009. The "Office Sustainability Guide", which was authored by the Policy & Advocacy, is one of many efforts to push sustainability initiatives on-campus.
The document's purpose was to identify environmental/fiscal problems within university offices and functions and to propose sustainable alternatives and solutions. The document will be presented to the Division of Student Affairs on Febuary 3, 2009, to showcase students' support for sustainable changes at Texas A&M University.
